| Caroline Jasper is an oil painter, teacher of 30+ years and author of books POWERCOLOR - Master Color Concepts for All Media and PAINTERS' GUIDE & COLOR MANUAL- Strategies for All Media, also DVDs COLOR MOVES - Painting Water with Oils, Landscape Oil Painting on Red Ground, and Dramatic Depth in Painting - Traditioinal Oils, Acrylics, Water-Soluble Oils. With an MFA from Maryland Institute College of Art, and critical acclaim in national and international juried shows, her works hang in many public, corporate and private collections.
