It’s always about the light! Enhance your painted images through visually captivating light and shadow effects. Improve color perception. Find color richness and variety in all things. Recognize the importance of value in color. Learn to achieve greater contrast between lights and darks while controlling your use of white and black. Expand your painting versatility through a novel approach to painting on color ground. Take home new ideas about using color along with your own dynamic light and shadow painting.

Participants bring:
• Favorite photo references - (Choose subject/composition appropriate to your drawing confidence.)
• Optional: Bring extra brushes, #4 and #6 brights or flats.
