BLACK FRIDAY - RED CANVAS |

| Artist Caroline Jasper will present "Black Friday Red Canvas", a four hour interactive water themed oil painting demonstration, 5-9 p.m. Friday at Collectors Gallery & Framery, 114-118 S. Nokomis Avenue, Venice. During the event people will see Japer's color ground technique that begins on a red canvas. She will demonstrate how to make water ripple and flow, naturally reflect the hue and texture of water and conjure the illusion of motion. The proper use of artist materials, including brushes, paints, mediums, color theory and reference photos will be discussed.
